Both phone companies and satellite TV companies offer normal phone service, which is really a bad deal no matter how you look at it. That's because the services of traditional phone companies are getting worse and worse no matter how you look at it. They plague there customers with surcharges, charge outrageous long distance fees, and provide call management features only at great cost.
